We’re looking for a passionate and experienced <title> of Corporate Communications to support our external communications strategy in India — one of Salesforce’s fastest-growing and most dynamic markets.
This role will be critical in shaping and amplifying Salesforce’s brand narrative across earned and owned media channels — with a focus on corporate reputation, thought leadership, innovation, customer success, and industry impact.
You will work closely with the leadership team and the cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, government affairs, employee communications, and global PR teams to drive integrated storytelling aligned to our business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management
Manage integrated PR campaigns tied to key business moments (product launches, customer stories, research reports, events like Dreamforce, industry partnerships).
Manage agency partners to ensure quality execution and measurable impact.
Track media coverage and share of voice across competitive landscapes.
Thought Leadership & Executive Visibility
Position Salesforce leaders as trusted voices in technology and business.
Position the company as a category leader in AI
Shape opinion pieces, blogs, podcasts, and owned content in collaboration with marketing and content teams.
Media Relations & Storytelling
Develop and execute PR strategies to strengthen Salesforce’s leadership voice in India.
Build and nurture strong relationships with business, technology, startup, and trade media.
Drive proactive storytelling across themes like digital transformation, AI, sustainability, industry innovation, and customer success.
Identify and prepare spokespeople for media engagements, interviews, podcasts, and speaking opportunities.
Issues & Crisis Management
Provide counsel and support on issues management and reputational risk scenarios.
Ensure alignment with global policies and messaging.
Desired Skills & Experience
15 years of experience in PR / Corporate Communications / Media Relations, preferably in the technology sector.
Strong network of media relationships across business, technology, and industry media.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of driving integrated PR campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Creative storyteller with the ability to translate complex technology narratives into human-centric stories.
Experience managing PR agencies and cross-functional collaboration.
High level of professionalism, agility, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strong understanding of emerging tech trends — especially AI, data, cloud, and digital transformation.What We Offer
