Manager - Collateral Management (LAS)

Purpose of the role:

To have a strong understanding of collateral management for Loan Against Securities & other funding products. To learn, monitor & manage the operational activities pertaining to client collateral and contribute towards self, team and company growth. To establish trust and rapport from the outset, creating a positive first impression and fostering a productive long-term partnership.

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Functional Responsibilities:

• He/she must possess strong understanding of collateral management for Loan Against Securities & other funding products. He/she must be proficient with the working knowledge of pledge, invocation, Un-pledge, Share transfer, stock settlement, corporate actions and other NBFC related activities.
• Manage client portfolio reconciliation and collateral dispute.
• Reconciliation of collateral available in NBFC demat accounts at EOD.
• He/she should be well versed and able to comply with the regulatory reporting and its TATs viz. CIC, Nesl, Crilc, Pledge exchange reporting.
• He/she must be self-directed, proactive, and seize every opportunity to meet internal and external customer needs and achieve customer satisfaction by effectively auditing processes, implementing best practices and process improvements, and utilizing the frameworks and tools available.
• Assist with developing or updating firm technology operations services methodologies.
• Supervise & manage UAT testing.
• Liaising with external and internal stakeholders/regulators/auditors to structure appropriate solutions and provide updates.
• Manage any new analysis requirements across multiple stakeholders. Provide regular update to senior management on BAU, projects, etc

Qualification:

MBA/ Professional/Post Graduate degree in Finance. Minimum B-Com Graduate with rich experience in Finance industry
