What you will do
- Work closely with internal leadership teams, global partner and alliance leads, and delivery stakeholders to ensure alignment, collaboration, and execution of joint partner initiatives across the intelligent automation and AI ecosystem.
- Act as the bridge between Cognizant teams and strategic partners, helping prioritize initiatives, unlock synergies, and drive alignment across go-to-market, solution, and sales priorities.
- Drive partner collaboration alongside client-facing teams by aligning partner capabilities with market needs, identifying joint opportunities, and providing strategic partner intelligence.
- Lead partner engagement efforts by facilitating consistent communication, surfacing growth opportunities, and ensuring Cognizant’s business priorities are reflected in partner plans.
- Act as the lead within the practice to drive Cognizant’s presence at major partner events (e.g., global summits and flagship conferences), ensuring strong positioning, thought leadership participation, and follow-through on engagement.
- Develop impactful marketing and enablement content—including co-branded case studies, blogs, points of view, solution briefs, and internal training—to amplify joint success stories and partner value propositions.
- Identify and drive nominations for key partner award programs, showcasing Cognizant’s innovation, delivery excellence, and client impact in automation and AI.
- Champion Cognizant’s automation expertise with strategic partners, ensuring high visibility in partner-led campaigns, platforms, and recognition opportunities.
- Leverage data and insights to track the impact of partner programs and refine strategies to maximize impact.
What you will bring- Experience and Skills
- 8–10 years of experience working in roles that required strong cross-functional coordination, strategic initiative management, and external partner engagement, working in partnership with internal marketing, alliances, sales, or business development teams.
- Experience working with global technology partners such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, AWS, Celonis, Microsoft, etc.
- Strong understanding of automation technologies, Agentic AI, GenAI, process mining, etc and their impact on enterprise transformation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical value propositions into compelling joint narratives.
- Program and project management expertise, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and attention to detail.
- A strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability—able to see the big picture while driving initiatives forward with discipline and creativity.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, where agility, proactiveness, and a collaborative spirit are key to success.
