Job Description

Position: Manager Acquisition Sales (Team Handling)

Location: Chennai

Qualifications:

  • MBA with minimum 2.5 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year of team handling experience
  • Strong academic background
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a team of 34 acquisition executives, ensuring high performance and achievement of business targets.
  • Drive new client acquisition by strategically planning and executing sales activities across the assigned territory.
  • Set clear goals, monitor performance, and ensure consistent achievement of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly acquisition targets.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members through regular training, field visits, and performance reviews.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Ensure effective pipeline management, timely follow-ups, and closure of sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular field visits along with the team to drive productivity and improve conversion rates.
