Manager Civil & Interiors - RBIN/ GR-PPR-IN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager – Civil & Interiors to join our Real Estate and Building Infrastructure division in Bengaluru. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of large-scale commercial, industrial construction, and interior fit-out projects across India, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery in alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of civil and interior projects from inception to completion.

• Drive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and monitoring to ensure project delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters.

• Ensure structural integrity, adherence to corporate standards, safety, and sustainability practices.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Corporate Real Estate (C/RE), Business Groups (GBs), and project teams to secure approvals and alignment.

• Liaise with regulatory authorities to obtain statutory and construction-related approvals.

• Collaborate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with design intent and technical accuracy.

• Oversee the design and execution of interior spaces that meet user requirements and global corporate standards.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures.

• Optimize project efficiency using advanced project management tools and methodologies.

• Prepare and present project status reports to senior leadership and stakeholders.

• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 10 years of experience executing commercial real estate and industrial projects, with strong exposure to base-build and interior fit-out works.

• Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial or industrial projects.

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and construction management tools; experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of Indian Building Codes, NBC, IS standards, and sustainable design practices (LEED/IGBC preferred).

• Hands-on experience in contract management, vendor coordination, and sequencing fit-out works with base-build.

• Professional certifications such as PMP or LEED AP are an advantage.

• Outstanding leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
