Manager - Civil estimation & Supply chain

We are a US based startup specializing in Fire resilient, Design Built Residential Homes for US market. Our Indian entity is involved in Design of code compliant Residential Housing solutions, creating construction modules in India & collaborating with the international teams to support estimating, procurement & supply chain operations to ensure timely execution of the Projects across US cities.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager - Civil Estimation & Supply Chain located in Pune. The manager will oversee and manage estimation for offshore Residential projects, ensure accurate and timely preparation of cost estimates, and analyze project costs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish budgets, leading supply chain management activities, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Project Management and Team Leadership
• Skills in conducting Inspections and ensuring compliance with relevant standards
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of procurement and supply chain management practices
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
• Proficiency with relevant software tools and estimation platforms
• Previous experience in civil estimation & Budgets for overseas Projects is advantageous
