Role Overview
The Team Manager Admissions will be responsible for achieving admission targets, ensuring efficient post-sales service, managing team performance, and overseeing administration activities. This role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and field supervision to drive admissions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Admission & Sales
- Ensure achievement of monthly/annual admission targets along with timely post-sales service .
- Responsible for calling, lead generation, follow-ups, and admission conversions.
- Allocate units and conduct conversion ratio analysis for each team member.
- Perform regular competitor analysis on business strategy and market presence.
Team Management
- Define territories and targets for every Team Leader (TL) along with weekly execution plans.
- Ensure TLs support their team on-field for at least 3 days a week and dedicate the remaining days to their own territory.
- Ensure strict adherence to policies related to process, discipline, and planning.
- Monitor and ensure daily CUIMS/UIMS entries for self and team.
- Enhance TLs analytical skills related to business strategy and competition.
- Recommend/disrecommend team members based on monthly performance .
- Conduct field training for new employees.
- Ensure TLs submit month-wise school lists for each team member.
- Ensure fast-tracking of team progress twice daily.
- Conduct bi-weekly Skype/online reviews with the team.
- Participate in weekly review meetings with the Zonal Manager (ZM).
- Promote proactive planning and efficient supervision within the team.
Administration & Operations
- Manage complete office administration including asset management and finances .
- Maintain marketing collateral inventory; raise requirements at least 10 days in advance for every team member.
- Conduct random thank-you and feedback calls to verify authenticity of field visits.
- Ensure the Admission Counselor completes all allocated tasks.
- Ensure daily UIMS entries are completed with no backlog.
- Share updated data twice a week without pending reports.
