Competencies:
- Experience of working on Transaction Both Buy side & Sell Side.
- Technically sound and well versed with provisions of Income Tax Act, Stamp Duty FEMA, SEBI and others as outlined in the Tax & Regulatory Framework.
- Sound communication and drafting skills.
- Working knowledge in MS Offices like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Should be a team player and have leadership qualities
- Experience of working on Corporate restructuring, transaction structuring, capital structuring, etc.
- Team training and development.
- Self-driven and motivated.
Job Responsibility:
- Drive & deliver transaction advisory & implementation engagements for delivery of TT Service-offerings, Manage processes-related to the engagements (such as Pitches, Proposals, Engagement letters, Deliverables, Billings, etc.)
- Managing client deliverables & client relationships independently.
- Undertake Initiatives on institutionalization of Quality, Technical Depth and Business Development under guidance of your serviceline leader
- Support with TT-related Visibility initiatives (internal visibility & external visibility) under guidance of your serviceline leader
- Prepare/review alerts, newsletters, reports and formatting the reports
- Drive in-depth industry, market and competitor research
- Build, Lead & empower TT teams on engagements, L&D and client-relationship-building
