Job Overview: Manager Try at Home - Will lead and optimize the Try at Home (TAH) service, ensuring a seamless, customer-centric experience while driving sales and operational efficiency. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, process enhancement, and performance analysis to elevate customer satisfaction and business revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Growth:

● Develop and implement strategies to scale the Try at Home service and enhance its effectiveness.

● Identify new growth opportunities to improve customer reach and engagement.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams.

2. Operational Excellence:

● Oversee daily TAH operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient execution of appointments.

● Optimize appointment scheduling, inventory management, and delivery logistics to reduce costs and increase productivity. ● Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and implement continuous improvements.

3. Sales & Customer Experience:

● Work closely with turning the Leads into Appointments and those Appointments to actual meetings, thereby reducing the drop-offs.

● Address customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality.

● Ensure an exceptional customer experience by training and mentoring TAH executives on product presentation, customer interaction, and sales conversion techniques.

4. Team Leadership & Training:

● Lead, train, and motivate the TAH team to achieve their targets and provide a superior customer experience.

● Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for continuous improvement.

5. Reporting & Analytics:

● Maintain dashboards and reports to track TAH performance, sales conversion rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

● Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics to improve operations and business outcomes
