Job Description
Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Develop and validate vehicle dynamics simulation models using ADAMS software
- Conduct studies on KnC, ride comfort, handling, braking, steering, and overall vehicle stability
- Generate flex bodies and extract forces and moments at hardpoints using post-processing tools for structural validation and design optimization
- Analyze test data and correlate with simulation results for model accuracy improvement
- Modify suspension parameters for enhanced ride and handling; expert in design improvements to meet performance targets

General Requirements
- Proficiency in MSC/ADAMS, MSC/Nastran, or Optistruct
- Hands-on experience with MSC/ADAMS Car, MSC/ADAMS View, and Leaf-Spring Editor Tool
- Experience in optimization through flex model creation and performing K&C, load extraction, and ride & handling simulations
