Manager – Business Strategy & Governanc

We are seeking a dynamic and analytically driven professional to lead strategic financial planning, executive analytics, and governance initiatives. The role will work closely with senior leadership to drive data-backed decision-making, strategic project execution, and performance monitoring across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning, modelling, and business performance analysis
• Extract, analyze, and interpret large datasets to generate strategic insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and executive reports
• Support executive leadership with research, presentations, and decision frameworks
• Manage cross-functional strategic initiatives and ensure timely closure of key milestones
• Track and monitor project KPIs, governance frameworks, and performance metrics
• Prepare periodic trend analysis and business intelligence reports
• Drive governance of key strategic initiatives across business units
• Build compelling executive presentations and board-ready materials

Preferred Background:

• 48 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or general insurance
• Strong exposure to financial modeling, analytics, and strategic planning
• Experience working with senior leadership / CXO office preferred
• MBA (Finance) / CFA qualification
