Key Roles &Responsibilities

 

  • Health and Motor – Data base creation and management
  • Designing Dashboards covering all key metrics
  • Analyzing trends and building insights for decision-making to management.
  • Analytical Skills – Forecasting Models, Renewal Predictive models and so on.
  • Automation/Optimization of existing and new Reports/Dashboard
  • Analyzing existing reports and sharing your observations for effective decision making. 
  • Portfolio Analysis – Product Level, Geography level, Customer demographics, Sales Hierarchy level and so on.   
  • Comfortable working with large, complex datasets and analyzes data quality
  • Timely and Accuracy of reporting all Reports/Dashboards/Contest Updates
  • Tracking progress of key initiatives across businesses
  • Supporting in preparation of business presentations, reports and related activities
  • Strong Data analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Contest regular Updates, Results, Payout calculations and Queries management
  • Health Commission Calculation and BDE Database Management for effective reporting
  • Analyzing Contest outcome and giving insights on effective driving the campaigns at management level and Fields team as well
  • Strong and effective stakeholder management. Timely response to both internal and external stakeholders

Key Requirements – Education & Certificates

 

  • Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline
  • Exceptionally good on MS Office viz. Advance Excel, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
  • General Insurance experience prefer
  • Technical Skills – SQL, Power BI, Python, Tableau, SAS

  • Good verbal and written Skills
  • Exposure of Health and Motor insurance sector is required
  • Independent thinker with clarity of thought
  • Skilled at working with cross-functional teams in organizations
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
