About the role:
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Lead to join our team and contribute to the growth of our high-end DeepTech programs. The role involves engaging with prospective learners, guiding them to the right programs, and ensuring successful enrollments. You will work closely with internal teams to achieve sales targets and represent the TalentSprint and partner brands with professionalism and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with qualified leads to guide and enroll them in appropriate DeepTech programs
Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, execution, and performance monitoring
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to drive high performance
Implement and streamline the program selection and enrollment processes
Represent TalentSprint and its partner brands professionally in all interactions
