Job Description

The International Federation of Esports (IFES) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Brand Partnerships Manager to build, manage, and scale high-impact collaborations with global brands. The role focuses on driving sponsorship revenue, creating innovative brand integrations, and delivering value-driven partnerships across IFES tournaments, leagues, and digital platforms.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partnership Development & Revenue Generation

  • Identify, approach, and onboard national and international brands for sponsorship and partnership opportunities
  • Drive revenue through title sponsorships, official partnerships, and brand integrations
  • Develop customized commercial proposals, pitch decks, and partnership strategies
  • Achieve defined sales targets and revenue KPIs


Strategic Brand Collaborations

  • Build long-term relationships with CMOs, marketing heads, and decision-makers
  • Design and execute multi-year partnership deals
  • Collaborate with brands across industries such as technology, gaming, telecom, FMCG, and media


Sponsorship Packaging & Innovation

  • Create innovative 360 sponsorship packages including:
  • On-ground branding at tournaments
  • Digital & social media integrations
  • Influencer & content collaborations
  • Media visibility and co-branded campaigns
  • Explore new revenue streams like content partnerships, licensing, and merchandising


Account Management & Delivery

  • Ensure seamless execution of sponsorship deliverables across events and platforms
  • Maintain strong relationships to drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Monitor and report ROI, engagement metrics, and campaign performance
  • Work closely with marketing, content, event, and production teams to deliver partner commitments
  • Align brand objectives with event concepts, audience engagement, and media strategy


Market Intelligence & Growth

  • Track industry trends, competitor partnerships, and esports ecosystem developments
  • Identify emerging opportunities in global markets and new sectors
  • Represent IFES at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms


KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • 510 years of experience in brand partnerships, sponsorship sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of closing high-value brand deals
  • Strong network with brands, agencies, and marketing professionals
  • Experience in esports, sports, gaming, media, or large-scale events preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


REMUNERATION:

INR 600,000/- to INR 800,000/- + PLI
