At Vilas Javdekar Developers, we are entering a high-growth phase with multiple new project launches and ongoing sustenance campaigns in Pune’s most dynamic micro-markets. The digital marketing landscape plays a mission-critical role in acquiring qualified, sales-ready leads – especially in a competitive real estate environment.
We’re looking for a strategic, hands-on digital marketer who can take full ownership of lead generation — using geo-fencing, 360° campaign execution, and hyper-targeted digital strategies to acquire high-intent customers across both launch and sustenance phases.
What Success Looks Like in 1 Year
Qualified lead volumes increase by 30–40%, with improved site visit and sales conversion ratios.
End-to-end geo-fenced, hyperlocal 360° campaigns successfully executed for major project launches.
Cost-per-qualified-lead (CPQL) is optimized by 20–25% through channel mix, targeting, and creative testing.
Sustenance campaigns maintain a steady flow of high-intent leads at reduced acquisition cost.
Strong campaign-performance feedback loop is established with sales and CRM for ongoing optimization.
A robust campaign framework is built that can be replicated for future launches with ease.
Responsibilities
Own the qualified lead generation mandate across all digital channels for both new launches and ongoing projects.
Design and execute geo-fenced, hyperlocal 360° campaigns using Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, Display, OTT, and programmatic platforms.
Leverage location intelligence to target prospects in high-opportunity catchments, including competitor zones.
Collaborate with content and design teams to build high-performing ad creatives, videos, and landing pages tailored to different audience segments.
Manage and optimize full-funnel digital campaigns — from awareness to lead conversion to re-engagement.
Work closely with CRM and sales to ensure proper tagging, lead scoring, feedback, and handover.
Maintain tight control of budgets and ensure campaign ROIs align with business goals.
Analyze campaign data regularly to drive insights, improve targeting, and enhance lead quality.
Oversee agency relationships and ensure best-in-class delivery across digital channels.
Must have experience (Non-Negotiable)
3+ years of experience in digital performance marketing, with a clear focus on lead qualification and conversion.
Proven success in geo-fencing and hyperlocal campaign strategies.
Experience with 360° campaign execution across Google, Meta, YouTube, programmatic, and OTT.
Hands-on experience managing large-scale performance budgets and delivering measurable outcomes (CPL, CPQL, conversion rates).
Strong knowledge of analytics platforms like GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and campaign attribution tools.
Real estate experience or background in high-value B2C sectors is preferred.
Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job)
Experience integrating offline-to-online campaign tracking and attribution.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, WebEngage, Mailchimp, etc.
Knowledge of real estate CRMs like Leadsquared, Salesforce, Zoho.
Exposure to vernacular or regional targeting for Tier 2 and Tier 3 buyer personas.
Understanding of SEO and organic lead nurturing strategies.
