Designation Manager CP Sourcing & CP Engagement (Pune)
* Location: West Pune (Baner-Sus) and East Pune (Kharadi)
* Reports to: DGM Sales / GM Brand Experience
* Experience: 3-5 years

As we scale our project portfolio in Pune, expanding and nurturing our channel partner (CP) network is a key driver of sales growth. This role is designed to strengthen our CP ecosystem by building strong relationships, onboarding new partners, and ensuring they are well-trained, active, and motivated. With increasing reliance on partner-led business, now is the time to build a structured, scalable, and performance-oriented CP engagement engine.
What Success Looks like in 1 Year
* 200+ high-potential CPs onboarded and activated across key micro-markets
* 90%+ billing accuracy and on-time disbursements
* CP training calendar executed with measurable outcomes and attendance
* Monthly performance tracking implemented and shared with internal stakeholders
* Trusted relationships built with top-performing CPs and new market entrants
* Clear and structured communication channels between CPs and internal sales team
Responsibilities
* Identify and onboard new CPs aligned to project geography and segment
* Conduct regular CP meetings, activation drives, and onboarding sessions
* Train CPs on project USPs, pricing, offers, systems, and site experience
* Manage CP billing, documentation, and payment follow-ups in collaboration with finance
* Track CP performance, conversion ratios, and engagement frequency
* Plan and execute CP engagement initiatives: R&R programs, workshops, site events
* Ensure compliance, documentation, and policy adherence across all CP interactions
* Provide market feedback, competitor insights, and partner sentiments to Sales Leadership
* Act as a trusted relationship manager for CPs while ensuring internal alignment
Must Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
* 3-5 years in real estate CP management, B2B channel development, or agency engagement
* Proven success in onboarding, activating, and managing CP networks in Pune
* Strong understanding of real estate billing processes, documentation, and CP incentive models
* Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
* Comfortable with frequent travel within Pune and on-ground partner meetings
* Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi
Nice to Haves (Can be learned on-the-job)
* CRM or ERP usage for tracking CP performance and billing
* Data analytics and reporting for CP performance dashboards
* Event management for small-to-mid-scale CP meetups or launches
* Experience in CP audits or compliance documentation

Location & Work Requirements
* On-ground role, 6 days a week, with travel across Pune’s key micro-markets
* Base office at Baner-Sus or Kharadi, with visits to project sites as required
* Field-heavy profile—requires daily CP visits, training, and field activations
