Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Manage end-to-end project launches, ensuring brand consistency and impactful positioning.
• Coordinate with creative agencies, advertising, and media partners to execute marketing campaigns.
• Oversee digital presence including social media, website, and online advertising.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform branding initiatives.
• Create compelling communication material for various channels and stakeholder engagement.
• Organize and participate in community events, exhibitions, and PR activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and optimization suggestions.
• Maintain brand standards across all internal and external communications.

Must Have Experience (Non Negotiable)

• 1-3 years of proven experience in Brand Management, Communications, Advertising, or Project Launch within the Real Estate industry.
• Strong understanding of the Pune real estate market dynamics.
• Demonstrable experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and brand activations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage vendors.

Nice to Haves (Can be learned on-the-job)

• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
