About the Role

Manage and develop software engineering teams through coaching and performance management, while improving development practices, processes, tooling, security, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop software engineering teams through coaching and performance management (30%).
• Improve development practices, processes, tooling, security, and compliance (30%).
• Manage technical vendor relationships and product alignment (20%).
• Recruit and onboard team members to support agile delivery (10%).
• Perform additional duties as assigned (10%).

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Experience managing or supervising teams of 15 developers or more for 3+ years.
