The requirement is for Indian practice. Experience in both - the global and Indian practices would work.
Role: Bid & Proposal
Designation: Manager
Location: Mumbai (WFO)
Experience: 8+ Yrs
CTC Budget: 25 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end bid and proposal
- Collaborate with partners, pursuit leaders, and SMEs to create compelling proposals
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, brand, and quality guidelines
- Develop storyboards, win themes, and tailored messaging for each opportunity
- Coordinate with design, research, and pricing teams to deliver high-quality submissions
- Track bid progress, maintain pursuit pipeline, and support reporting requirements
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and best practice development
- Conduct thorough reviews and quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with proposal guidelines and requirements.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in proposal management to enhance our proposal effectiveness and win rates continuously
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Strong understanding of business environment and proposal compliance requirements
Proven track record of managing multiple, complex bids under tight deadlines
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Word, and proposal automation tools (if any)
Ability to work in cross-functional, multi-location teams and adapt to time zone differences
Familiarity with RFP pursuits in the UK is an advantage
