Roles & Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be the primary contact point for his/her Mumbai based clients and expected to - Support team leader for all clients in execution of documents related to all corporate and statutory laws. He/She shall be well versed with the following:

Assistant Manager/Manager

Good Drafting, Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Well versed in technical areas related to Companies Act, Listed provisions & SEBI, FEAM and RBI compliances

Ability to manage a team (up to 5 till 7 team members) and guiding them in improving the manner of dealing further with clients.

Guiding the team in managing escalations received internally or externally.

Tracking the Compliance status for clients and sharing regular calendars to them

Keeping the clients updated about changes in the laws affecting them.

Giving regular feedbacks to the team and helping them improving further.

Grip over understanding the applicability of criteria-based compliances and discussing it further with the clients.

Competencies:

Well versed in technical areas related to Companies Act, Listed provisions & SEBI, FEAM and RBI compliances

Good command on Listed compliances

Good Drafting skills

Good Communication

Good Interpersonal skills

Consulting background with listed compliances (preferable)
