Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibili􀆟es

• Mee􀆟ng the penetra􀆟on percentage targets of HDFC products along with achieving the GWP (Gross Wri􀆩en

Premium) and market share targets decided by the company

• Cross-selling of products to maximize the profit

• Regular interac􀆟on and co-ordina􀆟on with the line managers, channel partners, Third-Party Team (TPT), Area

sales manager, Business Development Representa􀆟ves (BDR) and other sales managers of the bank

• Connec􀆟ng with the various teams including the opera􀆟ons and sales team of HDFC ERGO for any claim

related se􀆩lements

• Providing the required training to the Business Development Representa􀆟ves

• Achieving the daily target of 10 calls and repor􀆟ng the work daily through on-call (huddles)

• Containing required product knowledge and ready to travel minimum 2 to 3 days weekly

• Adherence to 100% compliance
