Key Roles &Responsibilities

 

  •    Engagement with HDFC Bank Branch stakeholders PL/BL/GL colleagues
  •    For B3 engaging with HDB channel partner and stakeholders
  •    Driving SM team for business    
  •    Coordination with all stakeholders of bank / NBFC – Business & TPP
  •    Monitoring team performance and driving team to achieve targets in a professional way
  •    Focus on profitability / Engagement / Liaison with Bank stakeholders     
  •    Maintaining engagement targets with bank branch officials
  •     Role include travelling and developing relationship in particular territory
  •    Ensuring motivation of team and guiding them to achieve organizational goals

  • Graduate/Post Graduate

Key Requirements - Experience &Skills

  • Effective communicator & Professional team leader
  • Minimum 3- 5 yrs. of team leadership role
  • Go getter & eager to grow in career of oneself & team
  • Team player in cross functional environment
  • Postgraduate will be an added advantage
  • Graduate with good computer skills
