Job Description: B2B Sales Lead Sports & Fitness Equipment (Kerala)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the B2B growth strategy for Keralaacross institutions, corporates, retailers, government buyers, fitness centres, residential complexes, resorts, and gifting clients.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Territory Sales Managers (TSMs)across various districts to drive strong on-ground execution.
  • Drive sales of sports and fitness equipment, accessories, and merchandisethrough institutional, retail, and commercial channels.
  • Identify and expand business opportunities in the fitness segmentincluding gyms, boutique fitness studios, residential societies, gated communities, and resort properties.
  • Grow institutional salesby engaging with schools, colleges, academies, clubs, corporates, and other large-volume buyers.
  • Manage government procurement processes, including tenders, quotations, and full-cycle order handling via theGEM Portal.
  • Ensure smooth end-to-end sales executionfrom lead generation, qualification, and proposal development to negotiation, closing, delivery coordination, and payment follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationshipswith key stakeholders across institutions, government departments, retail partners, fitness operators, and commercial property managers.
  • Own sales reporting, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and periodic performance reviewsfor internal management.


Requirements:

  • 58 years of relevant B2B sales experiencein sports equipment, fitness equipment, retail distribution, institutional sales, or corporate gifting.
  • Mandatory:Experience selling tofitness centres, residential complexes, resorts, or commercial fitness projects(preferred).
  • Proven experience in selling to retailers and drivingdistribution-led salesis an added advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge ofGEM Portal operationsand government tender processes.
  • Leadership exposurewith experience managing district-level or statewide sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong understanding ofKerala market dynamics, buyer behaviour, and institutional ecosystem (preferred).
