Manager B2B Sales (Individual Contributor)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Manager B2B Sales who will work as an individual contributor, driving corporate, agent, and partner sales independently. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in the Travel & Tourism industry and a proven ability to generate and close B2B business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire and manage B2B clients (corporates, travel agents, channel partners)
  • Drive sales for domestic & international tour packages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate accounts and agents
  • Generate leads independently and convert them into confirmed business
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Coordinate with operations, ticketing, visa, and product teams for smooth execution
  • Track sales pipeline and prepare MIS & performance reports

Required Experience & Skills:

  • Mandatory experience in Travel & Tourism industry
  • Minimum 58 years of B2B sales experience (travel companies, tour operators, DMCs)
  • Strong understanding of tour products, pricing, and contracting
  • Proven track record as an individual contributor
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in handling corporate travel, MICE, or agent network sales
  • Ready to work in a target-driven environment
  • Immediate or short notice period preferred
