Position: Manager- B2B Marketing


This is a Delhi-based position and work from office only!


Work Location: Sector 23 Dwarka, Delhi


Job Summary: NuvoRetail is seeking a results-driven Manager B2B Marketing to lead and execute high-impact B2B marketing and demand generation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, strengthening client relationships, aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives, and contributing to revenue growth. This role requires strategic thinking, strong execution capabilities, and proven experience in B2B marketing and sales enablement.


Key Roles & Responsibilities


Develop, implement, and optimize B2B marketing strategies aligned with business and revenue goals

Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, campaigns, and partnerships

Collaborate closely with leadership to ensure strong alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives

Own and manage LinkedIn and digital outreach strategies to engage and nurture enterprise and mid-market clients

Lead SEO and SEM initiatives to improve organic visibility, keyword rankings, and paid campaign ROI

Plan and execute social channel optimization with a strong focus on LinkedIn and relevant B2B platforms

Oversee the creation of articles, blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and eBooks to support thought leadership and sales enablement

Own the content and blog strategy, including planning, publishing cadence, and performance analysis

Manage and optimize the company website for lead conversion, user experience, and performance tracking

Conceptualize and execute newsletters for prospects, clients, and partners to drive engagement and retention

Execute email marketing campaigns for lead nurturing, re-engagement, and pipeline acceleration

Support PR initiatives, including media outreach and brand visibility efforts

Monitor and manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) across platforms to ensure positive brand perception

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing B2B clients by understanding their business needs and pain points

Support the end-to-end lead and sales lifecycle, from lead qualification to conversion and closure

Ensure accurate and up-to-date customer, lead, and sales data within the CRM system

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, lead quality, and ROI, and optimize strategies based on insights

Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to refine marketing approaches

Mentor team members and contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvements

Deliver exceptional stakeholder and client communication, ensuring professional brand representation


Required Experience, Skills & Qualifications


Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred)

35 years of hands-on experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, and digital growth roles

Proven experience in owning and executing multi-channel B2B marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, social media, content, email, website optimization, and PR

Strong expertise in LinkedIn-based outreach, social selling, and B2B lead generation strategies

Demonstrated ability to manage the end-to-end lead lifecycle, from acquisition and nurturing to sales handover and closure support

Experience creating and managing B2B content assets such as blogs, articles, case studies, whitepapers, newsletters, and eBooks

Solid understanding of website optimization, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance tracking

Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) for lead management, reporting, and sales alignment

Strong analytical skills with the ability to track ROI, lead quality, pipeline contribution, and campaign effectiveness

Familiarity with email marketing tools, marketing automation, and outreach platforms

Working knowledge of PR, brand positioning, and online reputation management (ORM) in a B2B context

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and enterprise clients

Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, leadership, and external partners while independently owning initiatives

Highly target-driven, execution-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
