Job Description
Skillset: AI & Data Science +Pharma+Consulting (mandate)
Exp: 10 to 16 years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver data science and AI engagements for global pharmaceutical clients.
- Partner with business and functional leaders to define and execute AI/ML roadmaps.
- Develop and deploy GenAI-driven and data-led solutions for drug development, commercial analytics, and patient outcomes.
- Drive hands-on execution in machine learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and GenAI model development .
- Lead cross-functional teams of data scientists, AI engineers, and pharma SMEs.
- Participate in business development efforts including proposal/RFP responses and client presentations.
- Ensure delivery excellence, solution innovation, and measurable business impact.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+years of experience in Data Science, AI/ML, and analytics delivery.
- Deep understanding of pharma data sources (sales, claims, patient, RWD, clinical, etc.).
- Proficiency in Python , ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch ), GenAI models , and NLP techniques .
- Proven track record in pharma commercial analytics, R&D analytics, or patient analytics .
- Strong client-facing, communication, and business development capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale AI programs and cross-functional teams
