Job Purpose

Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and consolidate group financial statements in line with Indian Accounting Standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
Manage MIS reporting , including periodic performance dashboards, detailed variance analysis, and actionable insights for senior management.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes by coordinating with cross-functional teams and analyzing financial trends.
Handle intercompany accounting , including reconciliations, eliminations, and alignment of balances across group entities.
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closures , leveraging SAP / SAP BPC for financial reporting and consolidation.
Assist in statutory, internal, and group audits , including preparation of schedules, documentation, and audit responses.
Monitor compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and governance frameworks , identifying gaps and supporting process improvements.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline reporting processes and enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Support ad-hoc financial analysis, management presentations, and strategic finance initiatives as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a managerial role or equivalent
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of achieving results and meeting targets
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Experience in strategic planning and decision making
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
