Key Responsibilities

Partner with clients through the full lifecycle of investment transactions across credit and alternative asset classes, including loan portfolios, securitisations, specialty financing, and real estate.

Build and review flexible, transparent financial models for periodic third-party valuations, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.

Design valuation approaches for new asset types and enhance the firms private markets valuation platform.

Present valuation outputs to clients, investors, and auditors in a clear and professional manner.

Mentor junior team members, conduct technical training, and oversee smaller teams to ensure timely project delivery.

Support asset management reporting, post-deal analysis, business planning, and ad-hoc analytics for portfolio monitoring and surveillance.

Required Skill Set

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or MBA; certifications such as CFA, FRM, or CAIA are a plus.

Strong understanding of securitisations, prepayments, defaults, capital structures, and payment waterfalls.

Advanced proficiency in financial modelling using MS Excel; knowledge of Python is advantageous.

Familiarity with private market valuations.

Ability to work independently and manage small teams effectively.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proven ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments under pressure.
