Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager

Heinemann BBM is looking for Manager / Assistant Marketing Manager for our newly opened retail stores at Noida Airport, India to create memorable shopping experiences for travellers worldwide.

As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will :

• lead marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, customer engagement and revenue growth.
• plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email print and events.
• build and maintain strong partnerships with local stakeholders, including agencies, landlords, airports and airlines.
• manage marketing budgets, calendars, and performance metrics to optimize outcomes.
• lead and mentor marketing team to achieve business objectives.

What you should bring along :

• a degree in Business or Marketing with minimum 8 years of marketing experience and 3 years in leadership role.
• strong commercial acumen and familiarity with market, consumer and travel retail trends.
• excellent communication, stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
