Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager Analytics to lead high-impact business analytics initiatives across Supply Chain functions including Sales, Purchase, Imports, and Accounting. This leadership role requires strong analytical expertise, team management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex datasets into strategic business insights that influence senior leadership decisions.

What Youll Do

Team Leadership & Strategy

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of analysts
• Act as a bridge between analytics teams and senior leadership
• Define analytical roadmaps aligned with business priorities
• Drive structured career development and performance standards within the team

Data & Insights

• Mine large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
• Convert complex datasets into intuitive dashboards and strategic narratives
• Present data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Leverage BI tools and automation to improve analytical efficiency

Process & Governance

• Drive reporting standardization and process optimization across business functions
• Ensure strong data integrity, governance, and best practices in analytics workflows
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define data-driven strategies and KPIs

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant discipline
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong hands-on expertise in SQL (daily usage required)
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, or Sisense
• Strong analytical, statistical, and data visualization skills
• Experience with Python for data analysis and automation
• Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights
