Job Title: Manager – Alumni Relations

Department: Career Services

Location: Hyderabad

Reporting To: Chief Enterprise Business Officer


About the Role


The Manager – Alumni Relations will lead initiatives to build, nurture, and engage a strong alumni community for TalentSprint - Part of Accenture. This role focuses on creating meaningful engagement opportunities, driving alumni participation in institutional initiatives, and leveraging the alumni network to strengthen brand advocacy, career outcomes, and learning communities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive alumni engagement strategy that aligns with the organization’s mission and learner success objectives.

  • Build and nurture vibrant alumni communities through events, mentorship programs, newsletters, webinars, and digital engagement initiatives.

  • Oversee alumni communication channels, curate impactful stories and newsletters, and foster meaningful two-way interactions to keep alumni actively connected.

  • Collaborate with internal teams such as Career Services, Marketing, Academics, and Product to involve alumni in mentoring, recruitment, and thought leadership opportunities.

  • Partner with external organizations, employers, and academic institutions to create career development and networking opportunities for alumni.

  • Plan and execute alumni events both physical and virtual to strengthen relationships and promote ongoing participation.

  • Drive alumni brand advocacy through campaigns, referral initiatives, and testimonial programs, and implement recognition frameworks to celebrate alumni achievements and contributions.

  • Develop and implement an alumni referral program to drive new learner acquisition by leveraging alumni networks as a strategic growth channel.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build long-term relationships.

  • Experience managing communities or engagement-driven programs.

  • Strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools, community platforms, and social media.

  • Excellent storytelling and content development ability.

  • Strong project management and data-driven decision-making skills.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, 5–8 years of experience in alumni relations, community management, or partnerships preferably in the EdTech, Higher Education, or Learning & Development sector.

  • Proven record of building and scaling engagement programs or networks.
