About the Role:

10The Team: Private Markets Reporting & Governance team is responsible for capabilities for business data access and reporting while ensuring adherence to governance practices. This team collaborates with collection teams to provide them business intelligence on various operational tangents to ultimately improve the client experience. This role opens the doors to opportunities to expand/merge with Rounds of Funding team and oversee operations, depending on the business requirements.

You will be responsible for promoting self-service capabilities for business data access and reporting while ensuring adherence to governance practices. Your leadership will empower the team to stay ahead of BI technologies, design impactful dashboards, and deliver actionable insights that support strategic initiatives. As a People Leader, you will play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding your team, facilitating cross-departmental collaboration, and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders. Responsibilities:
Independently manage a team of 15 – 20 quality professionals. Teams could be located across various sites or regions.
Key emphasis on individual’s productivity, TAT, accuracy, and continuous learning.
Present and execute on ideas for improving overall departmental processes, procedures, and tools.
Stakeholder management – regular interactions with the Leadership Team and stakeholders based out of different locations.
Use/create internal reporting tools/ dashboards regularly to supervise and streamline the process workflows/ BAU.
Master the culture of Innovation through Lean & Automation.
Champion the culture of Collaboration and Strong Execution.
Monitor shift allocation, leaves, over time, and changes.
Ensure right resource utilization and timely delivery of BAU and projects assigned to team.
Constantly evaluate Quality Practices and drive the culture of Quality.
Regularly meet the collection team for strong partnership and drive Quality of the datasets.
Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss updates, statistics, and other information.
Accountable for Employee Development, Engagement and Performance Management.
As people leader be an ambassador of organizational values, culture, and strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
Basic Qualifications:
MBA/Postgraduate from Tier2 School.
8 plus years of overall experience in research or related profile.
Complete knowledge of SQL and MS tools like Excel, Word, Power Point.
Intermediate knowledge of at least one visualization tool like Tableau, Power BI etc.
Strong analytical skills and data-oriented mindset.
Be customer and quality obsessed.
Ability to make data-based decisions and be comfortable in dealing with competing priorities.
Expertise in inhouse tools, processes and workflow tool like Pathfinder, CTS, Celsus etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Any previous experience of handling a team of talented individuals.
1- 2 years of experience in Quality Vertical/Functions.
Green Belt Certification and exposure of Lean Concepts.
