Job Description
Responsibilities
Develop and execute advanced analytics solutions using secondary data sources (e.g., sales, Rx, patient, HCP, payer, formulary, and market research) to support brand and commercial strategy.
Design and implement marketing analytics approaches such as market mix modelling to evaluate promotional effectiveness and optimize channel investments.
Lead campaign effectiveness analytics by leveraging test-control analysis.
Conduct advance analytics such as segmentation, correlation, driver analysis, CHAID, decision tree analysis to understand content effectiveness, customer loyalty, channel adoption and impact analysis.
Lead the development and execution of advanced analytics solutions using patient-level, brand, and marketing data to support commercial decision-making.
Leverage Python, SQL, Databricks, and Power BI to perform descriptive and advanced analytics, translating complex data into meaningful business insights.
Apply robust data cleaning, exploration, and modelling techniques to generate actionable insights aligned with key business questions.
Deliver clear, insight-driven narratives through data storytelling and visualization to inform stakeholders and guide decision-making.
Drive continuous improvement by streamlining analytics processes, ensuring data quality, and sharing best practices across teams and engagements.
