Key Responsibilities

• Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual targets, needs to plan and strategize market coverage plans in the South market for Display Sales/Influencer Marketing Campaigns/Brand Solutions/Production House Sales.
• Create and put into action strategies for expanding revenue and finding new business opportunities.
• Should be well equipped in preparing and presenting sales pitches to existing and prospective clients.
• Overseeing all aspects of a deal's closing, including the negotiations.
• Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth.
• Making connect and scheduling meetings with prospective clients thereafter creating estimates and proposals for them.
• The capacity to thrive with little direction, to take initiative and to deal with ambiguity.

Job specific knowledge and skills:

• Must have a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets with direct and relevant experience selling content, display sales, production content, post production & brand solutions.
• Strong relationships with key agencies and clients along with the ability to work with diverse internal and external stakeholders is a must.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate/MBA with 8-9 years of experience in Ad Sales ideally working with Digital Media/Radio Industry in Chennai.
