Manager - Accreditation

Job Description: The Accreditation Manager will lead, coordinate all activities related to institutional accreditations, including AACSB, EQUIS, BGA. This position is important for ensuring that UPES meets and exceeds the required standards of excellence and compliance. This role ensures systematic coordination across different departments for data collection, data reporting as per the accreditation standards requirements. The position acts as the point of contact between the Accreditation Office and the institutions departments and their activities.

Reporting to : Head Accreditation

Location: Dehradun, Uttarakhand

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and reliability of institutional and programme data collected through various channels
• Coordinate with Deans, Program Chairs, Faculty, HR, Finance, Admissions, Career Services, International Office, Alumni office, Executive Education, and other units for data collection and compliance
• Facilitate communication and follow-up to ensure timely data submission
• Data collection systems aligned with common themes across all accreditations (faculty, students, programs, research, internationalization, ERS, employer engagement)
• Maintain an organized repository of evidence, policies, minutes, and performance metrics

Qualification and skills :

• Postgraduate in any discipline
• Atleast 6 years of experience
• Basic understanding of international accreditations ( AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA/BGA)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and data management
• Excellent coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently & with cross-functional teams
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Strong time management skills
