Manager - Accounts

We are looking for an experienced Manager Accounts to oversee and manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, compliance, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry, with sound knowledge of ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and finalization of accounts
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other applicable laws
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and statutory authorities
• Monitor budgeting, cost control, and variance analysis
• Handle financial documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
• Support management with financial insights and data analysis
• Travel as required for plant/branch coordination and audits

Qualifications

• Preferably Qualified or Semi-Qualified CA
• B.Com graduates with relevant experience may also be considered

Experience

• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
• Strong working knowledge of Advanced MS Excel
• Hands-on experience with Tally and any reputed ERP system
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance

Industry Preference:

• Manufacturing industry (preferred)
