The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated R2R Manager Accounting & Reporting to join our finance team. The Manager Accounting & Reporting (R2R) will be responsible for managing the end-to-end financial closing process, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulatory standards, and leading a team of accounting professionals.  The Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing our financial systems and processes to drive efficiency and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

 

What You’ll Do

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture that encourages professional development.

Oversee and manage the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory requirements.

Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate risks and ensure the integrity of financial data.

Identify opportunities for process improvements within the R2R function, streamlining workflows and enhancing efficiency.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and optimize financial systems.

 

 

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA or equivalent certification required.

Minimum of 7 years experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and compliance regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MS Dynamics 365, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Ability to work to tight deadlines.
