Manager Accounting & Finance

As the Manager – Accounting & Finance , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring financial compliance, operational integrity, and global alignment for the India entity. You’ll shape financial processes that enable scalable growth and ensure the organization continues to meet the highest standards of governance and accuracy.

Job Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Governance

• Manage accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings, ensuring compliance with IGAAP/US GAAP.
• Prepare and present financial statements and management reports for both local and global stakeholders.
• Reconcile local GAAP and US GAAP entries for multi-currency Consolidation.

Taxation & Compliance

• Oversee accurate and timely GST, TDS, and income tax filings in compliance with Indian regulations.
• Ensure full compliance with transfer pricing regulations, including documentation and intercompany transactions.
• Respond to queries from tax and labour authorities and manage regulatory audits or inspections.

Audit & Internal Controls

• Coordinate statutory audits with external auditors; prepare audit schedules and reconciliations.
• Implement and monitor internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accounting accuracy.

Payroll & Labour Law Adherence

• Review payroll processing, ensuring compliance with PF, PT, and statutory benefits.
• Maintain compliance with all local employment laws and statutory Deductions.

Treasury & Banking

• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, Corp card programs.
• Oversee treasury operations, including payments, reconciliations, and settlements

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS).
• Experience: 8+ years in accounting and finance, preferably in a multinational SaaS or technology organization (India-US set up).
• Proven track record in Indian GAAP, statutory compliance, and US GAAP reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of Indian taxation, transfer pricing, and audit frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or equivalent accounting systems.
• Excellent communication and management skills.
• Experience working in a global finance environment with cross-border Teams.
