Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and growth-oriented Account Strategist to join our Account Strategy team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing Apple Search Ads strategies, managing campaign performance, and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with internal teams—product, engineering, analytics, and marketing—to drive client success and ensure delivery of business goals through data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution

  • Own end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of Apple Search Ads campaigns for a portfolio of clients.

  • Manage campaign objectives including acquisition cost, scale, ROI, and conversion metrics across brand, generic, competitor, and category campaigns.

  • Translate business goals into actionable keyword strategies and campaign structures.

Performance Optimization & Analysis

  • Monitor pacing and performance to ensure delivery within target KPIs such as CPA, CPD, ROI, RPU, and GMV.

  • Conduct keyword- and channel-level performance analyses using both internal and third-party tools to identify improvement areas.

  • Implement data-backed campaign enhancements and continuously test for better outcomes.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a strategic partner to client stakeholders by leading performance reviews, sharing recommendations, and aligning marketing plans with business priorities.

  • Provide timely and meaningful insights to maintain transparency and build trust.

  • Ensure strategic alignment between campaign performance and the client’s business objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product and engineering to improve platform capabilities, surface campaign data gaps, and escalate feature requests.

  • Contribute to product testing, analytics enhancements, and campaign automation efforts.

  • Support internal enablement across global teams by sharing best practices, building documentation, and mentoring peers when needed.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or mobile user acquisition—preferably with hands-on experience in Apple Search Ads or similar UA platforms.

  • Proven experience managing client-facing performance campaigns with strong strategic and analytical skills.

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and working knowledge of MMPs such as Appsflyer, Adjust, or Branch.

  • Ability to synthesise large datasets into actionable insights and communicate them effectively.

  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to articulate complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Familiarity with App Store dynamics, ASO, and competitive research tools such as Apptweak is a plus.
