Job Description
About the role:
1. Team handling.
2. Underwriting the complex/high sum insured retail health proposals with adequate risk assessment.
2. Review of Proposal form, portability form and past policy documents etc and utilize material information in underwriting.
3. Review of medical documents and utilize material information in underwriting.
4. Review of pre-policy medical check-up reports and utilize material information in underwriting.
5. Adherence to the company’s guidelines and SOPs.
6. Publishing daily productivity MIS and other process related relevant reports.
7. Resolving customer/sales queries and grievances.
Requirement for role
1. Person should be aware of health insurance.
2. Person should have adequate medical knowledge to assess the health-related risks.
3. Person with minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience including team handling.
4. Person with degree of MBBS/BAMS/BUMS/BHMS.
5. Person should be able to efficiently use Microsoft office and other digital tools.
6. Person should have good communication and interpersonal skills.
7.ICD coding knowledge will be preferred.
