Job Description
Job Title: Delivery Lead Manager
Total Experience: 13- 17
Qualification: B.com, M.com, MBA

Role and Responsibilities:
- Credit & Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial statement analysis, performance and trend analysis, and assess creditworthiness of large corporate clients using 10-K/10-Q data, peer benchmarking, and industry outlook.
- Credit Risk Assessment & Commercial Underwriting: Evaluate borrower, guarantor, and industry risks; assess repayment capacity; and recommend loan approval, decline, or counteroffers in line with risk parameters and policies.
- Reporting & Modeling: Prepare Credit Assessment Memos (CAMs), credit reports, forecasts, cash flow and valuation models (equity and debt) under multiple scenarios over a 57 year horizon.
- Portfolio & Stakeholder Management: Manage client portfolios, oversee credit ratings and interim reviews, ensure hygiene checks, SOP compliance, and collaborate with onshore account managers and senior stakeholders.
- Leadership & Decision Making: Independently solve complex problems, drive solutions aligned with strategic direction, make impactful day-to-day decisions, and manage medium to large teams or workstreams where applicable.
