Job Description
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and manage SharePoint sites to facilitate collaboration and content management.
• Configure SharePoint systems according to the company requirements.
• Maintain and update SharePoint sites, pages, libraries, lists, and content types.
• Create engaging and user-friendly content for SharePoint websites.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop content strategies and plans.
• Ensure all content is consistent with brand voice, style, and tone.
• Apply UX/UI best practices in website design and layout to ensure optimal user experience.
• Collaborate with the design team to create user-friendly interfaces.
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback to enhance the performance of the SharePoint sites.
• Address user issues and provide timely solutions.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues as they arise.
