Manager / Senior Manager – PPC (Production Planning & Control)

To plan, coordinate, and control production activities to ensure timely delivery of products, optimum utilization of resources, effective inventory control, and seamless coordination across departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute production plans and schedules as per sales forecasts and customer requirements.
• Monitor daily/weekly/monthly production against plans and take corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Production for smooth production flow.
• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods .
• Control and optimize inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock.
• Prepare and present MIS reports on production, dispatch, inventory, and capacity utilization.
• Handle capacity planning, machine loading, and manpower planning .
• Identify production bottlenecks and drive process improvements .
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety norms, and statutory requirements .
• Lead and guide the PPC team for effective plant-level coordination.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering

Experience:

• Manager: 812 years
• Senior Manager: 1218 years
• Exposure to manufacturing industry preferred
