Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for Domain trainer for General ledger , Income Journal and credit card process to onboard new team member and work with leads and customer on SOP regular updation, PKT's, upskill team etc...Also work on new property transitioning
Handle every aspect of New Transitions from the Training perspective and leading the team from Knowledge Transfer into Stable Operations
Build Pre KT & KT Plans and ensure daily adherence and effectiveness of Training
Readiness of new hire class logistics, creation of documentation & use of Learning Tools
Timely & effective pre - process & process trainings (internal or client led)
Feedback & mentorship of new hires & Process Trainers
Ensure 100% adherence to SOPs/Update trackers, Update dissemination for all new and stable processes
Conduct error root cause analysis, training needs identification, planning and conducting refreshers, knowledge assessments
Build action plans for people missing SLAs during training and post training completion
Lead the Quality metric for the process and accountable for the team of Quality auditors and be responsible for the Quality audit frameworks for the business
Daily touch points with process trainers, SME to effectively drive knowledge management and people development practice
Lead all the Quality and Improvement in execution projects
Be a consultant to the business and advise operational improvement ideas
Plan and organize employee domain and development programs and as per the training need identification
Upskill employees on business domain based on training and development needs assessment
Essential skills:
Must have an experience in Reporting, data analysis and views and creating PowerPoint slides with robust data views for all deliverables
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Effective probing skills, Proactive communication & High analytical skills should be able to foresee issues and suggest solutions, with impactful data
Passionate, committed to learn and make learning impact felt in the business
Must have decision-making capability
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
Good in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to independently interact with internal and external customers
Excellent people management and customer management skills
Effective presentation skills
Focus on Customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications
