Job Description

Responsibilities

:

·       Quality review of Project documentation, reporting and communication

·       Drive adherence to project plan and timelines

·       Report outs to GPOs

·       Moderate discussions between SI partner and G

·       Understand As-Is process & data related to the functional area within Talent Supply Chain globally 

·       Create detailed process, policy & system design documents which will become a base for the new ERP implementation for the functional area 

·       Identify opportunities to simplify and align to the global process design for the functional area 

·       Drive change across various business stakeholders to support adoption of the solutions 

·       Seed external breathing in the way we solve challenges across the functional area

  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
