Job Description:

Main Responsibilities   

Performance Management Analyst

• Engage with stakeholders (globally & locally) to sign off on various performance reports, including the functional specification and report mockups format and content and the delivery methods.
• Work closely with Service Delivery teams from our Shared Services sites, GPOs and Market/Regions functional teams to agree/challenge/modify/ validate Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and parameters.
• Define/design and Develop mock ups for reports and dashboards for stakeholders such as CFOs, Market Finance, Commercial Finance etc..
• Actively engage and maintain relationship with Functional Report Development Team, Global Process Team, Global Solution Team, Business Analyst, BPC Admin team, Outsourced Shared Services provider, etc
• Gather stakeholder feedback, consolidate and brainstorm with leads and make agreed changes to performance reports as appropriate.
• Assess, challenge and provide rigor to new reporting or change related requests and evaluate best approach to meet business needs.
• Liaise with technical team to provide functional support & Functional testing of reports created by technical team.
• Help ensure reports and other services are delivered globally or locally in a timely manner encompassing the principles of accuracy, timeliness and quality.
• Maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, report libraries and documentation.
• Work with the Functional Report Development and Maintenance Manager to drive the consistency of reporting and processes with the aim to maximise the benefits of reporting
• Create user guides and help deliver training for report users globally.

• Possess Strong communication skills (verbal & written). Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, across different regions and levels.
• Demonstrate high level of responsibility and commitment to the assigned activities.
• Understand the Systems/Tools, Process and Policy compliances and be able to effectively communicate the Performance Indicators and Measures.
• Be an advanced user of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Be agile and flexible to changing needs and adhoc requirements.
• Demonstrate Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to implement and deliver solutions

Qualifications
 

• Significant experience in various Operational and Controllership related process areas having excellent Analytical, Reporting and Presenting skills.
• Qualified/Semi Qualified Accountant
• Deep Understanding of Process, ERPs Systems & Tools, Global and Local Policy Compliance & Internal control concepts.
