Qualifications

8+ years of experience in Conversational AI, with at least 45 Dialogflow CX projects delivered end-to-end.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX, Playbooks, Google ADK, and Generators.
• Proven ability to lead technical discussions with clients and Google product teams.
• Experience in manual testing, intent/entity validation, and flow optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
