Job Description

Responsibilities


Monitor WiFi Infra, diagnose and remediate the WiFi incidents related to infra and users
Ensure tickets raised per shift are handled in right time frame as per the SLA commitment and if escalated, as per the defined escalation matrix
Effectively handover shift status information to the next shift assuming responsibility
Interface with vendors for raising tickets and timely follow up till closure with faster/accurate resolution
Participate in Bridge calls with clients for joint troubleshooting for WiFi related issues
Follow the defined escalation chart and matrix
Assist project team in commissioning of new WiFi setups
Adhere to shift timings and shift handover process

Skillset
Fluency in English with good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
Demonstrate positive attitude, take initiative towards learning and accepting new challenges
Willing to work in 24*7 environment
Ability to understand, analyze and resolve problems quickly with focus towards customer centricity
Self-motivated and firm believer in team spirit.
Can face challenging circumstances with confidence and able to deliver better in stressful environment
Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple concurrent tasks with minimal supervision
Should have sound understanding of Juniper Mist platform
Relevant years of work experience in WiFi technology
Has worked on designing scalable and high-performance wireless network architecture based on Juniper Mists cloud-based platform
Understanding of the Mist Cloud platform for managing network devices, including access points (APs), switches
Familiarity with automated network monitoring and alerting features in the Mist dashboard
Ability to troubleshoot network issues using Mist AI-powered tools and performance optimization techniques
Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as engineering and support, for seamless project execution
Ability to configure access points and switches through the Mist cloud interface.
Familiarity with the Mist Management Dashboard, which allows centralized control and analytics for wireless
Using Mist AI to provide real-time analytics on network health, client performance, and user experience
Basic Knowledge of Routing, Switching and Firewall to Troubleshoot the Wi-Fi related issues
