We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Treasury
In this role we're looking forward you to have extensive knowledge and experience in payments and cross border payments in Bank, swift messages.
We are looking for someone with extensive knowledge and understanding of the entire TREASURY process with expertise in managing a team of TREASURY analysts. We need someone with strong operational knowledge & a proven track record of running high performing teams in TREASURY.
In this role, you will be expected to work to strict deadlines in a business environment. This role may require travelling to onshore sites for Knowledge Transfer.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Treasury domain.
Responsible to handle Treasury operational deliveries (Cash projections/Cash flows/Payments/Wires/Investments/Others) as per SLA
Own the end-to-end TREASURY process with minimum supervision.
Manage the TREASURY portfolio and maintain strong customer relations & business acumen.
Manage Client and Process independently and with minimum supervision.
MIS/SLA Reporting - Monthly / Weekly / Daily and Dashboard preparation
Team handling experience including hiring, conducting discussion and feedback sessions and year-end appraisal discussion
Actively manage the business continuity plans for the process.
Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work, through prioritization of team tasks.
Handle and resolve Client management including customer concerns
Drive process improvements including working on quality projects
Continuous coaching and developing Assistant Managers & Management Trainees: hire, assess, and document performance.
Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload.
Lookout for automation opportunities to bring efficiency, analytical mindset to identify QPA/RPA opportunities and work with LDT team for implementation.
Resource/Backup planning as per Business requirement
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and resolutions.
Conduct thorough analysis of banking and treasury processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
Should be able to communicate effectively with team and management and identify issues and concerns that may affect the performance of the job and communicate the same to leadership.
Perform risk assessments and identify control gaps in banking and treasury operations.
Recommend and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and improve controls.
Support new Treasury System Implementations
Deliver the required data for audit purposes.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Requirements:
BCOM / MCOM / MBA Finance with relevant Treasury experience (Payment processing in Bank)
Relevant years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry, with a focus on treasury operations.
Relevant work experience in Treasury Cash Management
Good Written and Verbal Communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions
Preferred qualifications:
Relevant Experience in reputed Captive/Outsourcing Treasury/Banking Ops
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.
Treasury Operations in reputed Corporate/Captive/Business Process set-up in BFSI industry
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent Interpersonal skills to interact with Client
Treasury/Finance/Forex knowledge is required
Banking platform knowledge (Wall-street, Quantum), MS Office knowledge, MS Excel skills, Workday is required
Mandatory Team management skills
Candidate should be willing to work in US shift timings and working on Indian Holidays
Candidate needs to have valid passport for raising Bank accesses
