Manager - Trade Finance

Responsibilities

1. Lead the Trade Finance product (supply Chain / Doc Trade / Trade Reporting) and perform detailed technical analysis to bridge the front-end channel with the Trade back end

2. End to end working knowledge in Transaction Banking / Channels areas, Banking Operations and Processes, Industry Practices for Trade finance services (Supply Chain/Doc Trade)

3. Analyze new requirements, collaborate with the solution leads on solution design, developing and grooming stories and reviewing test cases

4. Define integrations with up and downstream systems, ensuring Data Quality standards, supporting dev teams with Architecture approvals

5. Build user stories, refine backlogs

6. Excellent understanding of the agile development methodologies and must have experience in either JIRA/ADO

7. Define and clarify developer queries, review test cases and support the development team in testing and implementation

8. Review unit test code with 100% code coverage

9. Continued product enhancements necessary to ensure the related Trade product remains competitive

·       Design Thinking Tools experience / workshops facilitation skills

Preferred Qualifications

·       Experience in implementation of industry standards like S4C, EDIFACT, ANSI X12 will be an added advantage

·       Good understanding of message standards like XML, JSON etc., Experience in API integration

·       SQL knowledge to query data base and familiarity with oracle DB concepts
